Room for rent Mount Hawthorn
I have a room for rent in Mount Hawthorn in a 3x2 Townhouse which is walking distance from Glendalough train station.
Rent is $250⁄week which includes all bills⁄utilities - electricity, gas, internet ⁄ wifi, foxtel etc.
There are three bedrooms but I am only renting out the one, so that we have a bit of space and aren't crammed in.
The house is newly renovated and you will have your own bathroom (which also doubles as the laundry).
The bedroom is on the smaller side but is big enough to fit a double ⁄ queen bed plus some shelves etc and has built in wardrobes. The house is furnished but the room is not, so if you have a lot of furniture this probably isn’t the place for you.
The house is in a secure complex of townhouses, and there is secure, off street parking within the complex.
There is air con in the living areas and main bedroom but not in the room I’m renting out.
You will be sharing with me- a single, professional, 32 yr old female who is the owner ⁄ occupier of the house.
I work fairly hard, am a little bit weird (aren't we all), and I enjoy the odd drink, but aren't much of a party animal these days, so I would be looking for someone that isn't too rowdy and that will clean up after themselves etc.
Bonus points if you like watching The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones etc. Sorry but I won’t be watching The Bachelor with you :)
Bond is 3 weeks (and 3 weeks notice) and rent two weeks in advance.
