Double room in Mount Hawthorn very nice location in GLENDALOUGH, Western Australia for sale

Hi there, we are renting our double room fully furnished in Mount Hawthorn, the price for the room is 280 $ a week bills and internet included. Bond 560$
The house is a classic australian design with a large back yard, BBQ, veggies garden and plenty of space to chill out and enjoy Perth's weather. We are located in beautiful Mount Hawthorn just in front of Menzies Park (very nice view) five minutes from the main shopping center and the bus stop for the city is just in front of our house. The house is a 3 bedroom house with one bathroom and another external toilet and a large laundry area. There is an italian couple living in the house and an italian enginner all working full time.
The room comes fully furnished. We are looking for a reliable couple workers or students who knows how to live in a share house and doesn't need to be looked after and that are punctual with payment.
The rent is 280 $ a week for the room which include internet, water, gas and elecrticity bills. To move in, we request 2 weeks of bond (560 dollars).
